Need help signing in to your Pigment Gallery account? No problem! Follow these steps to get back into your account:
- Go to My Job in the app.
- Tap Settings (the cog icon).
- Tap Log in.
- Select the method you initially used to register (either Email, Apple ID, Facebook, or Google).
- Enter your date of birth and tap "I Agree to the Terms".
- If you select Apple ID, Facebook, or Google as your method of sign in, you will be redirected to that specific app's sign in window. Follow the subsequent steps on your screen for signing in and ignore steps 8 & 9.
- If you select Email as your login method proceed to step 8.
- At the bottom of the screen (you may need to scroll to find this), tap "I've already got an account".
- Enter the email and password used to register for your Gallery account.
If you're prompted for a username, this means you've missed step 8.
