Encountering issues with the app? Updating to the latest version in the App Store might just be the solution you need.
We're constantly updating the app to improve performance and fix bugs and such. To get the latest version, open the App Store, search for the app by name, and tap the update button (cloud with arrow down icon). If no update button appears then your app is already up to date!
Once updated, reboot your device and then reopen the app.
This should improve your app performance and install all the latest bug fixes.
