If you're having problems with one of our apps, it's a sure thing that we'll be asking you to email us from the app so we can have access to diagnostic information that may help solve problems or answer questions you may have. We've listed the instructions below:
- Tap on the more options icon (...) in the top right corner of any section of the app.
Scroll to the Support & Info section, tap Help.
Under the Support section, tap Contact Support.
- Select a Reason for Contact & fill out the form. Be sure to describe in detail what you need help with and include any screenshots or recordings you may have.
- If you have one, please include your ticket ID number in the subject line AND in the message area.
- Send it.
When we receive your message, we'll reach out to you with recommendations for resolving the problem you are experiencing.
