Importing photos into your journal or planner is a breeze. We'll guide you through the process to ensure everything runs smoothly.
To get started, be sure that you have granted Zinnia access to your Photos app in your device settings: Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos > Zinnia
Open Zinnia and follow these steps for importing photos:
- Save the image to the Photos app on your device.
- Go to the correct spread/page your journal/planner.
- Tap the Photo button at the top.
- Tap the image to be imported.
Note: Zinnia needs photos to be in .jpg or .png format.
Problem Solving:
If your imports are failing, we recommend rebooting your device (power off, wait a few seconds, power back on). This usually resolves the issue. If not, please consider the following questions to help us assist you better:
- Are you importing from Photos or by dragging and dropping?
- Would you please submit a request and send us a copy of the photo that caused the issue (see below)? Sometimes experimenting with the actual image is helpful in problem solving.
- Are your photos stored on iCloud or on your device (iPhone, iPad, MacBook, etc.)?
