If you're having problems with one of our apps, it's a sure thing that we'll be asking you to contact us from the app so we can have access to diagnostic information that may help solve problems or answer questions you may have. We've listed the instructions for this below:
- Open Zinnia.
- Tap on the Ellipsis "…" icon in the upper right of the main journals dashboard.
- Tap Help.
- Tap Contact Support.
- Select a Reason for Contact & fill out the form. Enter ticket ID number (if you have one) in the message area along with details of your request.
- Tap Send (it may take a minute to generate your diagnostic logs files while processing).
