If some of your Assembly projects have gone missing, don't worry! This is something that can typically be remedied.
If you haven’t deleted your app, updating your settings might help you retrieve your projects. Ensure you have the latest version from the App Store, and follow these steps:
- Navigate to Settings > tap on your name > tap iCloud
- Next to Saved to iCloud, tap "See All"
- Locate Assembly and turn the App switch OFF.
- Did your files return?
If the issue persists:
- Go to your device Settings > tap on your name > tap iCloud
- Next to Saved to iCloud, tap "See All"
- Locate Assembly and turn the App switch ON.
- Open the app to My Work > tap on the Settings icon in the upper right > ensure the “Save Projects to iCloud” switch is ON.
- Verify whether these switches were off and check for any alerts prompted when you accessed the app or adjusted these settings.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, verify if your files are stored in iCloud by going to the Files app > iCloud Drive > AppName. Do you see your projects there?
Take these actions to regain control over your projects, ensuring they stay safe and sound on iCloud.
