Email from App - Spool

If you're having problems with one of our apps, it's a sure thing that we'll be asking you to email us from the app so we can have access to diagnostic information that may help solve problems or answer questions you may have.  We've listed the instructions for this very important task below. 

  1. Open Spool.
  2. Tap the Ellipsis "…" icon to open the menu.
  3. Scroll down to "Help" and tap Email Support.
  4. Enter ticket ID number as the subject AND in the message body.
  5. Send it.

When we receive your message, we'll reach out to you with recommendations for resolving the problem you are experiencing.
