Want to sync your journals across multiple devices? You can, as long as each one is using the same Apple ID with iCloud Drive enabled. This guide walks you through setting up iCloud Syncing in Zinnia—one device at a time.

The same Apple ID signed in on all devices you want to sync
A stable internet connection
iCloud Drive available and enabled on each device
Zinnia installed and able to open the Journals dashboard
- Device running iOS 15.5 / iPadOS 15.5 / macOS 12.4 or later
What To Do
- Confirm same Apple ID on all devices:
Sign in with the same Apple ID on every Mac, iPad, or iPhone you plan to sync. - Turn on iCloud Drive on iPad or iPhone:
Go to Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > iCloud Drive and make sure it’s ON. - Turn on iCloud Drive on Mac:
Go to System Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > iCloud Drive and turn it ON. If prompted, enable “Sync this Mac.” -
Allow Zinnia to use iCloud Drive.
