Legacy Access

Good news for our loyal users who have Legacy Access! Here’s how you can ensure your previous purchase continues to grant access to all features and projects. 

Follow these steps:

  • Check that you're on the latest version by visiting the App Store and see if there is an update.
  • Open the app and tap Restore Purchases on the subscription page.
  • Next, tap the Project screen, or tap Export > Save to Camera Roll. This should unlock your features.

These steps are designed to ensure that you continue to enjoy all the features you originally purchased.

Facing a hiccup with your legacy subscription?

We've identified a bug that affects some legacy users, preventing access without a new subscription. Here's how to fix this:

  1. Ensure your device is connected to a reliable internet network.
  2. Double tap your device's home button, swipe up to close the app.
  3. Relaunch Union.

If initiating a project and selecting Export > Save to Camera Roll still prompts a subscription message, please submit a support request with as many useful details as possible. (For example: Did you download Union during a promotional offer, or as part of a Pixite app bundle? etc...)
