If you're having problems with one of our apps, it's a sure thing that we'll be asking you to email us from the app so we can have access to diagnostic information that may help solve problems or answer questions you may have. We've listed the instructions for this very important task below.
- Open Union.
- If you have existing projects, tap the Info button on the tray menu. This button looks like a circle with the letter "i" in it.
- If you have NO existing projects, tap the + New Project link and then tap the Info button on the tray menu.
- Tap and hold the "Need Help?" link until an email window pops up. You may need to hold it one or two seconds.
- Enter ticket ID number in the subject line AND in the message area.
- Send it.
When we receive your message, we'll reach out to you with recommendations for resolving the problem you are experiencing.
