Which file format can I import? You may import .jpg and .png images to colour in Pigment at this time. Is there a limit on imports? |
If you're still having problems with imports, please email us from within Pigment: From the Home tab, tap the info button (it looks like an "i" with a circle around it), then "email support." Please provide the following information:
- Are you importing from Photos or by dragging/dropping?
- Please send us a copy of the photograph causing the problem. Sometimes experimenting with the actual image assists us in problem solving.
- Are your photos stored on iCloud or on your device (iPhone, iPad, etc.)?
We'll pass on any details you provide to our developers for further investigation and resolution.
Happy colouring!
