First, ensure you're updated to Pigment 3.0 or later in order to be able to access Dark Mode. You can confirm you're on the latest update by searching for Pigment in the App Store and checking to see if there are any updates available. If there aren't any, then you're on the latest version already!
Dark Mode in Pigment currently adheres to your device preferences:
Device Settings → Display & Brightness → Light/Dark
If your gadget is set to Light, Pigment will display in Light Mode; if it's set to Dark, Pigment will display in Dark Mode.
