Premium subscribers can access this feature in the colour menu, next to palettes and the colour wheel. Here's how to do it:
- Open a page to colour.
- Tap the Colour Selection Icon in the bottom left corner.
- Tap the Outline Icon on the colour palette selection pop-up.
- Select your colour from the colour wheel or from the palette.
