Having problems with the app? Updating to the latest version in the App Store might just be the remedy you need.
We're continually updating the app to enhance performance and rectify glitches and the like. To obtain the most recent version, open the App Store, search for the app by name, and tap the update button (cloud with arrow down icon). If no update button is visible, your app is already up-to-date.
Once updated, restart your device and then reopen the app.
