If you're having problems with one of our apps, it's a sure thing that we'll be asking you to email us from the app so we can have access to diagnostic information that may help solve problems or answer questions you may have. We've listed the instructions for this very important task for our most popular apps below.
Assembly:
- Open Assembly.
- Tap My Work tab.
- Tap the Gear icon.
- Tap Email Support.
- Enter ticket ID number in the subject line AND in the message area.
- Send it.
Pigment:
- Open Pigment
- Tap on the more options icon (...) in the top right corner of any section of the app.
- Scroll to the Support & Info section, tap Help.
- Tap Contact Support.
- Select a Reason for Contact & fill out the form. Be sure to describe in detail what you need help with.
- If you have one, please include your ticket ID number in the subject line AND in the message area.
- Send it.
Spool:
- Open Spool.
- Tap the Ellipsis "…" icon to open the menu.
- Scroll down to and tap Email Support.
- Enter ticket ID number as the subject AND in the message body.
- Send it.
Union:
- Open Union.
- If you have existing projects, tap the Info button on the tray menu. This button looks like a circle with the letter "i" in it.
- If you have NO existing projects, tap the + New Project link and then tap the Info button on the tray menu.
- Tap and hold the "Need Help?" link until an email window pops up. You may need to hold it one or two seconds.
- Enter ticket ID number in the subject line AND in the message area.
- Send it.
Zinnia:
- Open Zinnia.
- Tap on the Ellipsis "…" icon in the upper right of the main journals dashboard.
- Tap Help.
- Tap Contact Support.
- Enter ticket ID number (if you have one) in the message area.
- Tap Send (it may take a minute to generate your diagnostic logs files while processing).
