Expedite Your Solution

No one appreciates having to wait a long time when an app isn't working as expected.  We totally get it!  Here's a few tips that may help you find the solution you need and if it doesn't, it will speed up our problem solving efforts.

  • If you're dealing with an issue of data loss (pages, journals, artwork, etc.) please reply to our acknowledgement message and tell us the amount of iCloud storage you have available. Click here for help finding that info.
  • Check out the search feature in our Help Center for answers to your questions or solutions to the trouble you’ve encountered. 
  • For Pigment and Zinnia reports or questions, please email us from within the app. Describe for us what you are experiencing and, if possible, share the steps we can take to reproduce the problem. The message we receive will also include performance data from the app that may help us determine what’s going on.

    1. Tap on the more options icon (...) in the top right corner of any section of the app. 
    2. Scroll to the Support & Info section, tap Help. 
    3. Under Supporttap Email Support. 
    4. Enter ticket ID number (if you have one) in the subject line AND in the message area. Be sure to describe in detail what you need help with and include any screenshots or recordings you may have. 
    5. Send it.

Email from App - Zinnia

    1. Open Zinnia.
    2. Tap on the more options icon (...) in the top right of the main journals dashboard.
    3. Tap Help.
    4. Tap Email Support.
    5. Enter ticket ID number in the subject line AND in the message area.
    6. Send us that email.
