Cancel My Subscription

We're sorry you need to cancel your subscription, but we always want to be helpful.  We'd love to do the cancellation for you but this is something that has to be done from your device.  Please follow this link to Apple Support for instructions. 

Before you cancel, these are some things you should know:

  • If you follow the instructions at Apple support and your app is not listed or you have no option to cancel, this means you either do not have a subscription or your previous subscription has expired. There's nothing to cancel.
    *Note: one exception to this could be if you purchased a subscription on a different Apple Account. 
  • If you cancel a paid subscription, you can keep using the subscription until the next billing date. This means the subscription remains active until the expiration date shown by opening your Settings app and tapping the following: Apple ID > Subscriptions > name of app you're canceling.
  • If you cancel during a free trial period, you might lose access to the subscription immediately.
