Can't Find Your Subscription? Check for it on a Different Apple ID
If you're having trouble locating your subscription in your Apple Account, it could be that the purchase was made under a different Apple Account than the one you're currently signed into. Here's how to check:
Step 1: Open your purchase history
Go to Settings > [your name] > Media & Purchases > View Account > Purchase History.
Step 2: Adjust the filters
By default, you'll see a link near the top that says "Showing: Last 90 Days, Paid." Tap it, then update the filters as follows:
- Date Range: Last Year
- Cost: Paid
- Type: Apps and Subscriptions
Step 3: Look for your subscription
All your purchases from the past year will now be listed. If there are more than 25 results, you may need to wait a moment for everything to load. Once it does, scroll through the full list carefully; it's easy to miss a single entry, so we recommend checking it more than once.
Step 4: Try a different Apple ID, if needed
If you don't see your subscription, sign out of your current Apple Account and sign into another one you may have used in the past. Repeat Steps 1–3 to check that account's purchase history. If you have several Apple IDs, you may need to go through this process for each one until you find the right account.
Once you've located your subscription, stay signed into that Apple Account so you can manage or update it as needed.
