If you no longer wish to be a premium subscriber, you can cancel your Zinnia subscription from your Paddle account. Here’s how:
1. Open up your subscription confirmation email (subject: “Your subscription to Pixite, Inc.”).
2. Scroll to the bottom of the email where it says “Manage Subscription”.
3. Tap on the link where it says “To cancel your subscription, please click here.”
4. This will open up your Paddle Customer Portal Login, follow the instructions there to get logged into your account.
5. Once logged into your account, tap “Subscription” from the left side menu.
6. Tap the blue “Cancel subscription” button.
7. Tap the red Cancel subscription button on the confirmation modal.
8. You should then see a message that your subscription is scheduled to cancel.
