My Subscription is Not Working

If you have a subscription and are prompted to subscribe again or if you do not have access to your Premium features, restoring the purchase should correct this.  See instructions below for your app.

NOTE: Your device must be signed in to the same Apple Account you used when you subscribed.  
 
 Assembly:
 
  1. Open Assembly.
  2. Tap Restore Purchase at the bottom of the pop-up window.
  3. You may be prompted to enter your Apple Account. Enter the same Apple Account you used to purchase the subscription.
 Fragment:
 
  1. In the Main Edit Screen, tap the Packs icon (looks like three squares and lines above each other) just to the top left of the shape picker.
  2. Tap the Store tab at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Scroll to the very bottom and tap 'Restore Purchases'.
  4. You may be prompted to enter your Apple Account. Enter the same Apple Account you used to make your purchase.
 Pigment:
 
  1. Open Pigment.
  2. Tap the (...) icon in the top right corner.
  3. Tap Help.
  4. Tap Restore Purchase.
Alternatively, you can also find the Restore Purchase button from the Home Page:
  1. Tap the Home page. 
  2. Tap on the "Start your free trial".
  3. From the Premium Access popup, tap the "Restore purchase" link at the bottom.

You may be prompted to enter your Apple Account. Enter the same one you used to purchase the subscription.

Spool:

  1. Open Spool.
  2. Tap the "…" icon.
  3. Scroll down to the Subscription section of the menu.
  4. Tap Subscribe to Spool Pro.
  5. Tap Already Purchased.
  6.  You may be prompted to enter your Apple Account. Enter the same Apple Account you used to make your purchase.

Union: 

  1. Open the App Store on your device.
  2. Search for Union > tap the gray “update” button if an update is available.
  3. If you are on the latest version and still having difficulties, please make sure your device has a good internet connection.
  4. Swipe up from the bottom to close Union.
  5. Open the app again.
  6. Try either tapping the Project screen, or tapping Export > Save to Camera Roll.

Zinnia:

  1. Open Zinnia
  2. On the Journals screen, tap "…" in the top right corner to open the settings menu.
  3. Tap Help.
  4. Tap Restore Purchase.
  5. If you are prompted to enter your Apple Account, use the same one you used to purchase the subscription.
