Experiencing an issue with some your journal pages? No need to worry. Here's how you can share specific pages with our support team to get the help you need:
Follow these steps:
- Open the journal with the troublesome pages.
- Tap Select.
- Tap on the pages that are causing you problems or a few good examples.
- Tap the Duplicate icon at the bottom (looks like two sheets of paper).
- Tap Select again.
- Tap to select the duplicated pages.
- Tap the Move icon at the bottom (has a right arrow on it).
- Tap New Journal.
- Tap Start with a Basic Page.
- If it doesn't automatically open, tap on the new journal you just created with only the problem pages in it.
- Tap the "…" menu icon.
- Tap Share Journal.
- Select the method of sharing (we recommend Mail; support@zinniajournal.com) and follow any prompts that follow.
Once you've sent your pages to us, our Support Team will review the pages and reach out to you.
