Blank Thumbnails, Pages, Or Journal Covers

If you're seeing blank thumbnail images or blank pages, it's possible that your iCloud sync might be experiencing a minor glitch. Don't worry, this can be resolved through some simple steps.
 
One of the simplest fixes is to fully restart your device.
 
If restarting doesn't help, try opening, editing, and saving one of the pages or journal covers that appears blank (we call this a blank "thumbnail"). Does that resolve the issue for the item you edited and saved? If it doesn't, it will still provide useful problem solving information for us (thank you), so please be sure to share that info with us by contacting us from within the app.
 
What happens when you contact us from within the app?
 
Zinnia keeps logs of app activities such as any errors were encountered, data about your journals, such as their size, where they're located, and when they were saved or deleted, etc. When you use the contact form from within the app, Zinnia sends us that information. None of your journal content is ever shared with us.
