Subscription Not Working: Fragment

If you have a subscription and are prompted to subscribe again or if you do not have access to your Premium features, restoring the purchase should correct this. See instructions below for your app.

NOTE: Your device must be signed in to the same Apple Account you used when you subscribed.
  
  1. In the Main Edit Screen, tap the Packs icon (looks like three squares and lines above each other) just to the top left of the shape picker.
  2. Tap the Store tab at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Scroll to the very bottom and tap 'Restore Purchases'.
  4. You may be prompted to enter your Apple Account. Enter the same Apple Account you used to make your purchase.
If you still don't have access to Premium features after completing these instructions, we recommend rebooting your device. If the issue persists, please reach out to us.
