If you have a subscription and are prompted to subscribe again or if you do not have access to your Premium features, restoring the purchase should correct this. Follow the instructions below.
NOTE: Your device must be signed in to the same Apple Account you used when you subscribed.
- Open Pigment.
- Tap the (...) icon in the top right corner.
- Tap Help.
- Tap Restore Purchase.
Alternatively, you can also find the Restore Purchase button from the Home Page: - Tap the Home page.
- Tap on the "Start your free trial".
- From the Premium Access popup, tap the "Restore purchase" link at the bottom.
- You may be prompted to enter your Apple Account. Enter the same one you used to purchase the subscription.
If you still don't have access to Premium features after completing these instructions, we recommend rebooting your device: power off, wait a few seconds, power back on. If the issue persists, please reach out to us.
