Subscription Not Working: Union

If you have a subscription and are prompted to subscribe again or if you do not have access to your Premium features, restoring the purchase should correct this. See instructions below for your app.

NOTE: Your device must be signed in to the same Apple Account you used when you subscribed.  
 
  1. Open the App Store on your device.
  2. Search for Union > tap the “update” button if an update is available.
  3. If you are on the latest version and still having difficulties, please make sure your device has a good internet connection.
  4. Swipe up from the bottom to close Union.
  5. Open the app again.
  6. Try either tapping the Project screen, or tapping Export > Save to Camera Roll.
  7. The subscription screen should pop up and at the bottom you can tap Restore Purchase.

If you still don't have access to Premium features after completing these instructions, we recommend rebooting your device.
