If you have a subscription and are prompted to subscribe again or if you do not have access to your Premium features, restoring the purchase should correct this. See instructions below for your app.
NOTE: Your device must be signed in to the same Apple Account you used when you subscribed.
- Open Zinnia.
- On the Journals screen, tap "…" in the top right corner to open the settings menu.
- Tap Help.
Tap Restore Purchase.
- If you are prompted to enter your Apple Account, use the same one you used to purchase the subscription.
If you still don't have access to Premium features after completing these instructions, we recommend rebooting your device. If the issue persists, please reach out to us.
