In December 2021, we made the difficult decision to retire the Pigment Android app. This is the sad part about app development – every app has a lifecycle and can't live on forever. The app will continue to work for those who have it installed and existing subscriptions will continue to work (and may be renewed) for the foreseeable future. However, we regret to inform you that we are no longer able to provide app updates, new content, or support.
For existing subscribers:
- We have reduced our subscription prices to under $1. This will allow our subscribers to continue to access existing premium content while keeping subscription costs to a minimum.
- If you need to reinstall the app, we recommend doing so from your Google Play profile. Navigate to your Pigment subscription, and you'll find the option to install the app from there.
- If you would like a refund, please reach out to our support team. We are here to assist you and address any concerns.
Please note, Pigment iOS and its Gallery will continue to be developed and updated with new features and content. Tap here to see Pigment in the App Store.
How to Install Pigment Android
Since Pigment Android has been retired, it is no longer possible to install on your device from the Google Play Store. If you currently have Pigment Android installed, please note, if you uninstall it, you will not be able to reinstall again.
Restore Purchase
If you have Pigment Android already installed and would like to restore your purchase, here's how:
- On your Android device, open Pigment.
- Tap the orange Diamond icon.
- Tap Restore Purchase.
Cancel Your Subscription
Before you cancel, please note that Pigment Android has been retired. Once a subscription is canceled, you will no longer be able to start a new subscription in the future.
If you would still like to cancel your subscription auto-renewal, you can follow these steps:
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store

- Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account by tapping your profile picture in the top right corner.
- Choose the correct Google account.
- Select Payments & Subscriptions.
- Tap on the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the instructions.
