Having trouble with your app? Sometimes, a quick reinstall can do wonders. Here’s a simple guide to help you through this process with ease. Before you begin, ensure that iCloud is enabled for your app and all of your projects are backed up:
- On your device, go into the Settings app.
- Tap your name > tap Saved to iCloud.
- Scroll until you find the app's name > make sure it is turned ON.
Next, open your app and in the app's settings make sure iCloud Syncing is enabled.
Follow these steps to uninstall and reinstall the app:
- Go to your device's homepage.
- Press and hold on the app's icon.
- Tap "Options".
- Tap "Remove App".
- Tap "Delete App".
- Open the App Store.
- Search for the app's name.
- Download and then open the app. If you had a Premium subscription, Tap on "Restore Purchase" at the bottom.
At this point, your subscription should be reactivated, but if it isn't, please follow the instructions here for your app.
