We here at Pixite respect your privacy and personal information. Here is a little explanation of when and why we might collect our customers' data, and what we do with it.
If you join one of our social galleries, you may be required to use a verifiable email address upon registration. The sole purpose of providing this information is to allow us to contact you about your account, as necessary, or send you optional newsletters. The information is not collected or used for any other purpose.
Please be aware that when you publish your artwork to either the Pigment or Assembly Galleries you are publicly publishing to the internet for anyone to access. You can choose to publish or un-publish your work at any time.
Other than the above, Pixite does not collect personal information from our Site or Apps. However, Pixite uses Apple Inc.’s billing software to process purchases of, and paid subscriptions to, Pixite Apps made through the App Store. As a result, when arranging your purchase via your mobile device or through the App Store, you may be asked to provide personal information to Apple Inc., such as your name, email address or zip code (for billing purposes).
This information is only collected as a means of supporting our paid subscription programs available for certain apps. Unless the law forces us, we will not share any personal information with any unaffiliated third party for any purpose…ever. Additionally, we will not provide your information to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes nor will we ever sell it.
Pixite may disclose or publish information about you that is not intended to specifically identify you (non-personally identifiable information, such as device IDs, IP addresses and cookies) for industry analysis, demographics, marketing, analytics, advertising, and other business purposes.
Finally, your creations made using any of our apps are stored on your personal device/s, iCloud, or other storage service that you might choose, and we cannot access these services. Unless you choose to share with it us, we don’t have access.
In short, we understand concerns over privacy (we get that), and we are proud that our customers can rest assured knowing that we totally respect their privacy and personal information.
We are more than happy to delete any of the above mentioned data if requested and you no longer wish to use our apps. Feel free to submit a request below. Please note that we may retain certain information if required by law or as necessary to preserve our legal rights.
