App Store purchases are made directly from Apple. Just like shopping at the grocery store, where the farmer supplies the eggs but your purchase is made from the grocer, we provide the app, but Apple handles the sale and manages refunds. We don’t have access to payment details or refund tools. If your refund was denied, the only way to request it again or to appeal it is through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
