Daily Download Late or Missing

Sometimes, when you're looking for the free Daily Download, it doesn't show up in your app. Not to worry – this is easily resolved and we'd love to help you out!

What you should know about the Daily Download:

Our free "dailies" are released in the Pigment app at noon in each member’s time zone. We do it this way to allows all users to have free access to the new image for 24 hours. After 24 hours, the daily coloring page will no longer be available unless you have a premium subscription. 

If yours seem to be arriving later than this, would you please watch closely, and if you're getting them significantly later than noon, please check your internet connection – this can sometimes be the culprit. If your internet connection seems fine, please restart your device.  

Another cause could be your device's Date and Time settings. Since the Daily Download relies on your timezone, please check to be sure your device's Date and Time are on "Set Automatically" in your device settings.

Sometimes, on rare occasions, the dailies don't appear or don't load when you try to open them. If you're experiencing this, please follow these instructions to make sure your running the latest version of Pigment.
