In the meantime, we have some problem solving ideas:
- Is your app / OS up to date?
- Head to the App Store to make sure your app is on the latest version. If it isn’t, please go ahead and download it.
- Next, check if your device(s) are on the latest version of iOS. You can do this in your device Settings > General > Software Update.
- Relaunching the app and rebooting your device often solves unexpected issues. Try it!
- Reinstalling the app can also prove helpful for many issues. Tap here for instructions.
- If those suggestions do not help, please tap here to contact us from within the app. The message we receive will have log files attached which hold important information for investigating so we can provide the best and quickest solution.
What happens when you email us from the app?
- One of our amazing support agents will reach out to you to let you know we've received your message and will stay in touch with you until we have an answer for your situation.
- You may be asked a few questions to help us understand what happened.
- We might need a screenshot so we can see error messages or certain app settings or maybe even a video that shows the steps that lead up to what you encountered. Don't worry, it's a snap and we'll send easy to follow instructions if we need this.
- Sometimes you might even hear from one of our specialists with suggestions to try and questions that only you can answer.
