We're sorry that you're experiencing problems with books and coloring pages in Pigment. We'd love to help you out!
Here are a couple steps you can try that might be helpful:
- Open Pigment.
- Go to the Home page.
- Tap Search on the top right corner.
- Type in the title of the coloring book you want.
- Tap Enter to search.
When the results appear, scroll down to a section labeled Books and look for the book you searched for. Do you see it? If not, we recommend that you reinstall Pigment. To avoid losing your artwork, please make sure you follow these steps.
Once Pigment is reinstalled, please reopen it and check if the new books appear correctly. If they do not, please contact us from within the app.
