Coloring Pages Not Loading/ Endless Sync Issues

Experiencing an endless syncing issue? Having trouble getting a coloring page to load? No worries, it's usually not a big problem and can be easily resolved. Let's walk through a few troubleshooting steps to get things back on track. If you haven't already, please start by rebooting your device.

First, let's make sure that your device storage isn't maxed out:

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.
  2. Tap General.
  3. Tap iPad Storage - Ensure you have at least 3GB of available storage. If you don't, follow the recommendations on that screen to free up storage.

If your device storage is sufficient, the issue might be due to low iCloud storage. Here's how to check:

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap iCloud.
  4. Tap Manage Storage - Check if you are low on iCloud storage.

Another potential cause could be iCloud syncing. Follow these steps to address this:

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap iCloud.
  4. Tap See All for Saved to iCloud
  5. Turn OFF iCloud for the specific app experiencing the sync issue.
  6. Re-open the app and see if that resolves the problem.
  7. If the problem is resolved, you can now go back into your settings and turn ON iCloud for your app again.

Before trying these next two recommendations make sure that iCloud is enabled and your projects are backed up to avoid losing any work.

  1. Consider doing a full reinstall of the app. This means deleting the app from your device and reinstalling it from the App Store.
  2. A quick reset of your iCloud Drive might be the solution:
  3. Go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud.
  4. Tap Drive (or iCloud Drive), then turn OFF Sync this [Device].
  5. Accept the confirmation that appears.
  6. Wait a few seconds.
  7. Turn ON Sync this [Device].
