Send Support a .Pigment File

If you are experiencing unusual behaviors while coloring a specific page with Pigment, please send us the coloring page/s you're having issues with so we can investigate further.
 
To send us the .pigment file of the image/s that has the error follow these steps: 
 
  1. On your device, open the Files app.
  2. Tap iCloud Drive from the sidebar menu.
  3. Tap the Pigment folder. This should display thumbnails of all your colored work, so it could take a while depending on how many you have.
  4. Tap Select in the upper right corner from the more options icon (...).
  5. Tap the thumbnail for the image you'll be sharing (blue check will appear to confirm your selection).
  6. Tap More in the lower right corner of the screen and tap Compress. A .zip file should now appear next to your original image.
  7. Tap Select in the upper right corner (again).
  8. Tap the new .zip file.
  9. Tap Share at the bottom left corner of the screen.
  10. Tap Mail and send it to pigment@pixiteapps.com.
