If you are experiencing unusual behaviors while coloring a specific page with Pigment, please send us the coloring page/s you're having issues with so we can investigate further.
To send us the .pigment file of the image/s that has the error follow these steps:
- On your device, open the Files app.
- Tap iCloud Drive from the sidebar menu.
- Tap the Pigment folder. This should display thumbnails of all your colored work, so it could take a while depending on how many you have.
- Tap Select in the upper right corner from the more options icon (...).
- Tap the thumbnail for the image you'll be sharing (blue check will appear to confirm your selection).
- Tap More in the lower right corner of the screen and tap Compress. A .zip file should now appear next to your original image.
- Tap Select in the upper right corner (again).
- Tap the new .zip file.
- Tap Share at the bottom left corner of the screen.
- Tap Mail and send it to pigment@pixiteapps.com.
