We're chuffed you found your way here! If you're reading this, you may have encountered a problem with our Pigment app. There's no need to fret. Our engineers are likely already working on a solution.
In the meantime, we have some problem-solving suggestions:
- Is your app / operating system up to date?
- Make your way to the App Store to ensure your app is up-to-date. If it isn't, please proceed to download it.
- Next, check if your device(s) are on the latest version of iOS. You can do this in your device Settings > General > Software Update.
- Relaunching the app and restarting your device often solves unexpected problems. Give it a go!
- If those suggestions do not assist, please email us from your app. The message we receive will have log files attached, which hold important information for investigating so we can provide the best and quickest solution. Here's how:
- Open Pigment.
- Tap the Home tab.
- Tap the Info icon (looks like "i" in a circle).
- Tap Email Support.
- If you have a ticket number, please include that in the subject line AND in the message field.
- Send it.
What occurs when you email us from the app?
- One of our brilliant support agents will get in touch with you to inform you that we've received your message and will remain in contact with you until we have a solution for your situation.
- You might be asked a few questions to help us understand what occurred.
- We might need a screen capture so we can see error messages or certain app settings, or perhaps even a video that shows the steps that lead up to what you encountered. Don't worry, it's a doddle, and we'll send easy to follow instructions if we require this.
- Sometimes you might even hear from one of our specialists with suggestions to try and queries that only you can answer.
