What you should know about the Daily Download:
Our complimentary "dailies" are released in the Pigment app at midday in each member’s time zone. We do it this way to allow all users to have free access to the new image for 24 hours. After 24 hours, the daily colouring page will no longer be available unless you have a premium subscription.
If yours seem to be arriving later than this, could you kindly observe closely, and if you're receiving them significantly later than midday, please check your internet connection – this can sometimes be the cause. If your internet connection seems fine, please restart your device.
Another potential cause could be your device's Date and Time settings. As the Daily Download depends on your timezone, please verify that your device's Date and Time are set to "Set Automatically" in your settings.
Occasionally, in rare instances, the dailies don't show up or don't load when you attempt to open them. If you're encountering this, please adhere to these instructions to ensure your device has the most recent version of Pigment.
