We're very sorry you're having trouble with the books and colouring pages in Pigment. We'd be delighted to assist you!
Here are a couple of steps you might find useful:
- Open Pigment.
- Go to the Home Page.
- Tap Search in the top right-hand corner.
- Type in the title of the colouring book you want.
- Tap Enter to search.
When the results appear, scroll down to a section labelled Books and look for the book you searched for. Can you see it? If not, we recommend that you reinstall Pigment. To avoid losing your artwork, please ensure you follow these steps.
Once Pigment is reinstalled, please reopen it and check if the new books appear correctly. If they do not, please submit a request for assistance.
