Missing colour charts? We've got you sorted! Here are a few simple steps to help you retrieve them and get back to colouring:
- First, restart your device, then open the app and try to colour. Are the colour charts there now? If not, move on to step 2.
- Reinstall Pigment. This involves deleting it from your device and then redownloading it from the App Store. Before doing this, ensure that iCloud is enabled for the app and that all of your projects are backed up:
- On your device, go to the Settings application.
- Tap your name, then tap iCloud.
- Scroll until you find Pigment and ensure it is switched ON.
Following these steps should help you find your missing colour schemes and get back to your artwork in no time!
