Missing color palettes? We've got you covered! Here are a few simple steps to help you recover them and get back to coloring:
- First, reboot your device, then open the app and try to color. Are the palettes there now? If not, move on to step 2.
- Reinstall Pigment. This involves deleting it from your device and then redownloading it from the App Store. Before doing this, ensure that iCloud is enabled for the app and that all of your projects are backed up:

- On your device, go to the Settings app.
- Tap your Name, then tap iCloud.
- Tap Saved to iCloud.
- Scroll until you find Pigment and make sure it is turned ON.
